Let's jump into a small fraction of my career journey.
I've been a Web Developer for over 20 years now. I'm a very focused and driven individual that's passionate about Technology, Design, and Broadcasting.
In 2005, I completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and Information Sciences from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!), concentrating in Telecommunications & Film and Computer Science.
During my junior year in undergrad, I became an intern at ABC 33/40 News Station. After graduation, I was offered a job as Production Assistant.
While, working for ABC 33/40, I noticed that technology would be the new wave in broadcasting information. I researched and explored ways to create innovative technologies in broadcasting, which led to a career in Web Development.
After completing an Apprenticeship at Kinetics Communications in Digital Design, Project Management, and Web development, I decided to start a Freelance Web Development Company called Positive Cookies Media.
One of the largest projects I assisted with at Kinetics was creating an online database for the Hilton/Hampton Hotel employee handbook.
Some of the great brands I have developed and designed for include The Home Depot, Turner- (CNN, CNN International, CNN Money, AdultSwim, Cartoon Network), Lexis-Nexis/Reed Elsevier, Facilitate Digital, EyeWonder (MTV, ESPN, Yahoo, HBO), Content-CSA, HonoringHue.Com, Octane Marketing Solutions, Normanliving.com, Magic Middles, and more wonderful companies.
Besides my extensive knowledge in Technology, I am great at directing projects and creating innovative ideas.
